Announcement: International Widows’ Day 2018 Recognition - Beatrice Omowumi Yesufu


Black Women Widows Empowered would like to recognize Beatrice Omowumi Yesufu as our 2018 International Widows’ Day honoree. 

“International Widows' Day was introduced to address poverty and injustice faced by widows and their children in many countries. She is ... Beatrice Yesufu was married to Moses Yesufu on 22nd November 2003, and she was loved by her husband dearly. They were blessed with three children. Sadly, he transitioned May 21, 2011 after a brief illness. The Administator at Mayob Property, Lagos Nigeria. A formal educational administrative officer at First Educational College, Lagos.  A graduate of Kwara State College of Education. A degree holder in Mathematics Education from Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos and holds many professional certificates in ICT. The pastor in charge of RCCG Tabernacle of Joy, AREA 20,  LP44 Ejigbo Lagos.  Very passionate in soul winning, she is a philanthropist and she has impacted many lives by giving financially, morally, and academically. Has a passion for empowering widows and is the founder of Christian Widows and Widowers Nigeria, which recently held its first empowerment conference. Congratulations, Beatrice!
