To my widowed sistas, Many, many women are lonely this holiday season. Some are lonely missing their husbands while others have decided to move forward and are now ready for the next chapter. We can’t rush greatness. Our spouse has died and now God has plenty of work to do. It could be that God is shaping him for you and gently caressing you for him. Keep smiling.
Stay joyful. Understand that the process is not easy. He transitioned and your ‘Chapter 2’ is in training and it just may take a little longer than expected. Your mourning was a process so allow your ‘Chapter 2’ to go through the same. It will be six years for me in February and although I took a miss a couple of times, I’m still hopeful that the process will be worth it.
